Account Executive – Sales Position

Michigan Broadband Services is looking for experienced B2B Sales Professionals to join our Sales Team. Our offerings span the full range of businesses from home-based businesses to enterprise level corporations. Our commitment to client satisfaction is second to none throughout Michigan with industry professionals working together to deploy successful projects and ensure our customers have an amazing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Michigan Broadband Fiber customers to understand their needs
• Maintain proactive customer communication to foster a high-touch relationship
• Subject matter expert so you can help customers achieve their goals
• Generate new leads through networking, prospecting and cold calling
• Salesforce daily activity reporting
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Michigan Broadband products & services
• Consultative approach while communicating technical concepts to people of all backgrounds
• Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape

Requirements

• 2+ Years of experience in outside sales
• Proven ability to understand technology
• Exceptional ability to develop relationships
• Engaging personality, polished verbal and written communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail
• Highly organized self-starter who develops opportunities
